The Cedar Federation has a large Extended Leadership Team who work closely together to create the best outcomes for all pupils. A Middle Leader will work alongside other leaders to create the best outcomes for all pupils which is an essential element of the role. We will offer the successful candidate fantastic opportunities to develop their own professional knowledge and expertise.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional qualified Teacher with an empathic and caring nature to play a vital role in improving the quality of education. The post holder will play a vital role in improving the quality of teaching and learning across the school, in particular within Key Stage 5 and in addition to PPA, will be provided with one dedicated Leadership Day per week to carry out the role as a leader. The development of others is vital to this role, therefore previous experience in leading teams is important.
