Role Retail Supervisor Department Retail Division Society Sport Center Reporting To Operations Director Direct Reports N/A Role Purpose The Retail Supervisor is responsible for leading the commercial performance and strategic development of retail across Society and its franchised brands, including UFC GYM. The role oversees product planning, procurement coordination, inventory governance and sell-through optimisation across apparel, combat equipment and fitness accessories. This is a growth-focused opportunity for a commercially astute retail professional to build Society’s retail identity, drive margin performance and execute product collaborations across multiple sites. The role is supported by disciplined forecasting, inventory planning and performance reporting to ensure measurable commercial results.
