Apple Recruitment are working with a leading Belfast-based company to hire an Accounts Administrator to join their growing team.
The Role
You'll support daily finance operations, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments, and records while assisting with month-end tasks and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchase ledger and process invoices
Raise sales invoices and handle customer queries
Support credit control and reconcile payments
Assist with purchase orders and supplier liaison
Contribute to month-end processes
About You
2+ years' experience in a finance/admin role
Strong Excel and systems skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator and team player
Permanent Right to work/ indefinite leave to remain in the UK required.
