A bit about the job: You'll be at the heart of our major transformation programmes, leading all Quality Engineering activity across multiple agile teams. Your work will help us deliver with confidence - setting the programme test strategy, shaping delivery plans, and making sure milestones land when they should. You'll lead a blended team of permanent and partner resources, build strong relationships across the programme, and champion a high performance, collaborative culture.
