Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and lead paid media strategies aligned with client goals and commercial targets
-Oversee multi-channel campaign performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
-Drive performance improvement through structured creative testing and optimisation
-Manage senior client relationships, leading calls, reporting, and strategy discussions
-Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving internal delivery standards
Essential Experience:
-5+ years’ experience within a marketing agency environment
-Strong expertise across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok paid media platforms
-Proven experience managing e-commerce clients with varying budget levels
-Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Shopify
-Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead client relationships
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
