Location: Reading (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)
About the role: We are one of the world’s leading brands in the consumer networking and electronics markets. Due to growth, we require a Retail Account Manager to support the UK Retail Sales team based in Reading.
About you: We are looking for an experienced Retail Account Manager to manage key retail customers across the UK, including AO.com, QVC, Scan Computers, Fraser Group, and Harvey Norman.
You will proactively nurture relationships and develop new business opportunities with these retail partners.
Responsibilities include:
* Achieving sales revenue targets by managing and developing existing accounts.
* Identifying potential business opportunities within the retail channel.
* Collaborating with marketing to promote product features and performance.
* Representing the company at trade shows, retail conferences, webcasts, and demo days to enhance brand awareness in the UK.
* Enhancing company branding and product awareness within customer accounts.
* Understanding the competitive marketplace in Networking and addressing cross-category comparisons.
Requirements:
Proactive, dynamic, and driven individual with a few years of retail or channel account management experience within the IT sector (IT Vendor, Distributor, Reseller).
Experience in nurturing and growing customer bases and proactively expanding accounts is essential.
Knowledge of IT hardware, Networking, smart home devices, or Consumer electronics is preferred.
