Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly, well-equipped workshop where quality and teamwork are highly valued.
Salary & Benefits
* Up to £38,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
* Overtime available paid at time-and-a-half
* Fuel contribution towards travel to and from work

* Monday to Friday working hours
* Occasional Saturday mornings required throughout the year
About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairs, and MOT preparation across a variety of makes and models. You’ll work with modern diagnostic tools to ensure every vehicle is maintained to the highest standards.
You’ll be joining a supportive and professional team in a clean, organised workshop environment where your skills and experience are genuinely appreciated.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
* Diagnose faults using modern electronic diagnostic equipment
* Perform mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately
* Prepare vehicles for MOT testing
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Time-served technicians will also be considered
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
