We are recruiting for a Production Manager position, offering an excellent opportunity to join at a supervisory level in a division that provides top-tier instrument reprocessing services.
Note: This role involves an element of on-call duties in the future and currently requires working one weekend per month.
What You Will Do
* Manage the daily operations of the production unit, including logistics for contaminated and sterilized products.
* Lead staff proactively, encouraging continuous improvement, innovation, and corrective actions.
* Plan and schedule production to meet customer specifications.
* Manage budgets and financial targets with rigorous monitoring.
* Participate in on-call management to ensure emergency services are maintained.
Education and Experience
* Leadership experience, including managing support functions.
* Comfortable with IT systems and tools.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.
* Supervisory or managerial background.
* Strong communication skills.
* Target-driven and resilient under pressure.
* Knowledge of regulations and policies.
* Prioritize health and safety.
