We are seeking an experienced, commercially focused Financial Controller to join our senior leadership team. This is a high-profile role within the organisation, suited to a hands-on finance leader from an SME or entrepreneurial business environment who thrives on improving processes, driving performance and supporting strategic growth. You will oversee all financial operations, lead key operational functions, and play a central role in shaping the organisation’s financial strategy and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will be a visible leader across the organisation and a trusted partner to the Chief Executive and Board, with 3 direct reports.
