What You'll Do
We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, multi‑disciplinary training solution team to procure and integrate training devices into an integrated training solution. The successful candidate will oversee resources across all relevant functions, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of key projects. The role is heavily focused on responsibility for programme governance, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional leadership.
Essentials:
· Demonstrable experience delivering complex projects and / or programmes in a regulated or controlled environment.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex concepts clearly.
· A proactive, self‑starting PM capable of driving delivery within a matrixed organisation.
· Resilient and supportive, able to navigate sensitive or high‑pressure situations to resolve delivery challenges.
· Credibility when engaging with technical specialists and subject‑matter experts.
· A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to enhance performance and outcomes.
· Creative and open to innovative approaches to problem‑solving.
· Relevant industry experience
Desirables:
· Qualification or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or project management discipline.
· Experience delivering training, learning, or capability‑development programmes.
· Experience working within defence, government, or similarly regulated sectors.
· Commitment to ongoing professional development for self and others.
