Overview
We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic person to join our Neighbourhood Response team and to work with colleagues across West and East Sussex.
The expectation is that you'll be on the Sussex patch five days a week and live within a reasonable distance for responsive / emergency incidents. This role covers West and East Sussex including areas such as Brighton, Horsham, Crawley and Uckfield.

* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
* Salary: £30,654 to £38,317 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
* Salary: £67,460 - £84,325 (salary dependent on experience)
* Salary: £28,897 to £36,121 per annum plus £2,272 car allowance (salary offered dependent on experience)
* Salary: £16,468 - £20,585 per annum plus car allowance of £1,165 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

What we’re looking for
Experience of completing general property repairs will be valuable to ensure you’re able to provide an effective service in customer homes and communal areas. All our Neighbourhood Response Officers are locksmith trained and will go the extra mile for our customers to ensure their concerns are looked into. Together with a current driving licence, an appreciation of the needs of older or vulnerable people and of the role of a housing association are a must.
You’ll be driving a Moat branded van and wearing your Moat uniform with pride, providing our customers with the highest quality service. You’ll be provided with full IT equipment including laptop, iPad and mobile phone.
