We boldly challenge what’s possible for a sustainable world. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Partner to join our team at our Bolton Office in UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, strong technical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: · Provide technical support for PCs, peripheral devices, and the M365 suite of applications. · Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner. · Supporting Mobile engineers on the road remotely and arrange onsite time as required. · Assist with the setup and maintenance of servers and networking equipment. · Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, peripheral devices, and the · Auto pilot windows pc build. Microsoft M365 suite of applications, Azure and MS Teams. · Solving Onsite and Remote printer issues. Mobile phone provisioning · Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, with a focus on cyber-security best practices. · Deliver exceptional customer service and support to end-users, both on-site and remotely. · Document and track support requests, resolutions, and escalate issues as necessary. · Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless IT operations. · Conduct regular maintenance and updates to IT systems and infrastructure. · Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required. · Provide support for other office locations in UK, with some travel as needed. Qualifications and Skills: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support role or similar position. · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. · Support onsite meetings – Video conferencing and wifi requirements. · Knowledge of servers, networking, and cyber-security is an advantage. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. · Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality support. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. · Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus. · This role is based on-site at our facility in Bolton, UK. · Travel will be required as needed to support other office locations.
