Are you an experienced Legal PA looking to join a forward-thinking international law firm?
We’re working with a top-tier firm that advises on high-value, complex matters across the Energy, Transport, and Infrastructure sectors.
Our client is seeking a Legal PA to support on a 12 month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support senior lawyers and partners in a varied, fast-paced role that combines high-level PA duties, client coordination, and business development support.
The Role:
You’ll be a key part of the Client Services team, supporting partners and fee earners across diary management, document production, billing, and client liaison. This role also offers exposure to event planning, marketing support, and internal business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Complex diary and inbox management
* Organising client meetings, internal events, and detailed travel itineraries
* Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and PowerPoint presentations
* Managing billing, time recording, and expense claims
* Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives
* Liaising directly with clients and acting as a key point of contact
* Supporting matter openings and compliance processes
* Delegating tasks to junior team members and mentoring where required
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Legal PA/Secretary role in a professional services or law firm environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Confident handling multiple priorities and working under pressure
* Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Exposure to supporting senior stakeholders and event coordination is a plus
