Job Description:
We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of product marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth. This role is suitable for someone with solid product marketing experience who’s ready to coordinate a small team and shape how product marketing is delivered across the business.
Working closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, R&D, and product management, you’ll help shape product messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure campaigns align with business goals. You’ll also support the development of the Product Marketing Team by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and encouraging collaboration.
To promote work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight schedule, allowing staff to enjoy compressed hours and every other Friday off.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating daily tasks and priorities within the Product Marketing Team to ensure smooth project and campaign delivery.
* Planning and executing product launch campaigns with internal teams.
* Developing clear product messaging and positioning strategies.
* Creating and maintaining marketing assets such as brochures, animations, sample boards, and installation guides.
* Conducting market research to support product development and go-to-market decisions.
* Ensuring consistent product messaging across all platforms in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team.
* Managing timelines and tasks for marketing projects to keep campaigns on track.
* Maintaining up-to-date product content on digital channels and marketing platforms.
* Monitoring and improving the performance of marketing initiatives.
* Supporting product-focused events and exhibitions with consistent messaging and branding.
* Communicating internally about new product launches and updates.
* Improving marketing processes and campaign delivery methods.
* Providing day-to-day support to the Product Marketing Team, including feedback and development support.
* Leading team check-ins and 1:1 meetings to align work and foster continuous improvement.
Applicants should have proven product marketing experience, especially within technical or B2B environments, with strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience managing or supervising others, either formally or informally, is essential. You should be confident in providing guidance, feedback, and supporting colleagues’ growth.
