Working for an award winning brand activation agency supporting them on project and account management across an innovation digital platform they offer their clients.
We are looking for a Digital Senior Account Manager to join their product team of 7.
The SAM’s role will focus on managing their clients experience across the experiential digital sampling product they provide. Liaising with developers and making sure everything is running smoothly as well as supporting the main agency across websites and Java. You will be looking after the client needs and objectives and project managing the digital process.
The SAM will also be responsible for managing adaptation needs of several markets and
can expect to work on a range of jobs from an ad transcreation to large scale campaign
rollover and media plan fulfilment - as such experience of programmatics, data, Digital assets,
and strong digital is key.
Digital Senior Account Manager
The right candidate will be able to summarise information, maintain the status of all digital
projects and present the updates.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all project related details like costs and reporting.
You will be the main point of contact with all their clients and if issues arise working with our product team. Coordination workflow being the point of contact.
You will also be doing internal reports and client presentations and making sure adaptation work is done according to brand’s guidelines.
What is required for the Digital Senior Account Manager role.
Experience in an agency environment and have Client Account management and production management skills.
Digital experience for brands or products and must have experience raising with developers.
Digital experience, products, web builds or general digital.
You have excellent communication skills, people skills and intuitive to customer’s
business needs.
