Reporting directly to the Head of Performance, this senior, hands-on role offers full ownership of Google advertising strategy across the group.
You will shape testing frameworks, drive adoption of AI-led features and play a pivotal role in scaling high-quality lead generation campaigns.
The position offers genuine progression and the chance to influence group-wide performance strategy at a leadership level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategy, structure and performance of all Google Ads accounts across the group.
* Set up and optimise campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube.
* Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking, ensuring accurate attribution and enhanced conversions.
* Oversee budget allocation, scaling strategies and account hygiene across multiple campaigns.
* Audit, refine and improve lead generation funnels, testing frameworks and cross-platform alignment.
Essential Experience:
* Minimum 3+ years' hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts at scale.
* Proven track record delivering measurable ROI through lead generation campaigns.
* Strong expertise across Search, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen and YouTube.
* Advanced tracking knowledge including GA4, Google Tag Manager and enhanced conversions.
* Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets with strong analytical capability.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
