Recoveries Litigation Executive – Liverpool
A fantastic position within the dedicated Recoveries department of an award winning specialist practice in Liverpool has arisen. This firm is looking to expand its dedicated Recoveries department with the addition of an experienced and enthusiastic Fee Earner with previous experience dealing with Recoveries or complex RTA/ULR claims.
The department has rapidly grown in line with wider business needs over the last few years and with a continuous flow of new work coming through from its leading UK insurer clients, the team is busier than ever!
You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team in the Complex Recoveries unit. The role will see you managing your own caseload of Recoveries claims (typical value in excess of £10,000) from instruction through to completion. You must have sound knowledge of RTA processes, liability issues and a good working knowledge relevant to case law and current legislation.
