Service care solutions are currently working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm based in the South of Scotland to recruit an experienced Solicitor for a key position in their Annan office. The Role: The successful candidate will join a busy and dynamic office that delivers legal, financial, and administrative services to a diverse range of clients including individuals, family trusts, private companies, and charities.
You will handle a broad caseload with a particular focus on:
Rural property transactions, including farms, estates, and residential properties
Title registration and conveyancing
Private client work, such as wills, powers of attorney, and executriesYou’ll be joining a supportive team with strong internal expertise in both property and private client work, offering great opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.
The Ideal Candidate:
Around 1-2 years’ PQE, ideally with experience managing your own caseload
Background flexible in agricultural, commercial, and residential property work
Some experience in private client matters (would be benefical)
Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
