What You’ll Do: Assist in retrofitting existing council stock, supporting all aspects of construction work in the Void department. Collaborate with your team to complete tasks efficiently, while also taking initiative to complete jobs independently. What We’re Looking For: Skills: Practical construction experience, with the ability to support tradespeople and handle varied tasks like cleaning and material delivery. Qualities: Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player, with the ability to work independently when needed. Experience: Previous experience in construction or maintenance roles, with a solid understanding of working on-site. Requirements: Full UK driving licence (essential for site travel); eligibility to work in the UK.
