Oversee the development and management of project teams, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to best practices. Manage procurement processes for construction and commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with government frameworks and best value for money. Develop and implement integrated governance and risk management plans for the programme. Project deliverables specific to this role To lead and deliver infrastructure works required for enabling works packages and the new main build hospital, including services to an Energy Centre.
