We are seeking an experienced and motivated Welder to join our production team. You will be responsible for welding and fabricating components to exact specifications, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to Martin Williams' high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform MIG/TIG welding and fabrication on steel and aluminium components
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements
* Operate workshop equipment safely and effectively
* Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
About You
* Proven experience as a welder or fabricator
* Competent in MIG/TIG welding (training can be provided for the right candidate)
* Ability to read engineering drawings accurately
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
* Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
* Relevant welding qualifications are desirable but not essential
