The Role: As Payroll Manager, you'll take the lead on payroll delivery while supporting improvements to systems, processes, and team structure. Working closely with the HR Director and alongside a supportive senior payroll colleague, you'll bring in fresh thinking, drive simplification, and help embed best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead the delivery of payroll services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide guidance and mentorship to a small team of Payroll Administrators
Streamline processes and reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets
Identify and implement system improvements
Foster a collaborative, proactive approach within the team
