Job Opportunity for driven and motivated individual. Depending on ability and efficiency to carry out the tasks below the role would either be Site Manager which would cover more than one site or Contracts Manager which would involve more than one Contract.

* Stable track record of employment
* Full UK driver’s license
* Ideally proficient in Fieldview/other on-site Quality control and recording software.
* Ideally previous experience in production/fabrication
* Previous experience in the installation of aluminium windows, curtain walling and doors
* Desirable to have certificates in IOSH, working at height, Asbestos, DBS checked
* Preferably have SMSTS/SSSTS, if not then training can be done
* Experienced in risk assessment & method statements
* Ability to deal with and resolve any issues or conflict on sites
* Ability to deliver a productive site that is able to meet deadlines
* Must have knowledge of architectural aluminum systems, i.e. Metal Technology, Senior Architectural, Technal.
* Must be computer literate
* Must be able to use excel, word, and outlook software
* Be able to work within a team and individually
Duties
* Liaising with our clients, reporting back and to the team
* Visiting sites regularly and keeping in contact with our site teams
* Preparing drawings for site along with job packs
* Attending site progress meetings
* Recording and documentation on site progress and completion via Filedview or similar
* Recording and Documenting Health & Safety matters
