About the Role
Regional Business Manager (Region N5) – Kia UK Limited. This is a permanent, full-time role. You will be the primary interface between Kia UK Limited and its current and future dealer network, managing Region N5 (North West & North East) to meet objectively measurable business performance criteria within the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed Region New Vehicle Sales Volume on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
* Collaborate with Dealer Support and the General Manager - Supply Chain to ensure efficient vehicle stock management and achievement of stock objectives within the region
* Provide accurate weekly forecasts for all New Vehicle Sales Activity (registrations and final invoice)
* Provide accurate weekly dealer showroom activity reports
* Submit weekly activity plan and itinerary; complete dealer visit reports on sales within 3 working days using the provided template
* Organise regional meetings to ensure dealer understanding and commitment to programmes and initiatives
* Develop and recommend initiatives to increase new and used car sales and profitability
* Focus on improving the Sales CSI score in line with objectives set by the Line Manager
* Utilise territory data with dealers to highlight model or territory opportunities
* Manage the Regional Dealer Support Budget with the Line Manager to maximise opportunities
* Share marketing best practice with Dealers and support National Consumer Offers and Strategy
* Audit and report on dealers to ensure compliance with Dealer Operating Standards
* Support dealer profitability through action plans with Dealer Development
* Provide information and reports in a timely manner; identify training needs within dealerships
* Attend personal development training to improve performance; undertake duties as directed by supervisors and senior management
About You
* Educated to A Level or equivalent
* Experience in a similar role is preferable
* Experience working remotely is desirable
* Highly numerate and PC literate; advanced MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interpret and present complex data
* Self-starter, motivated, driven with a desire to learn
* Competent project and stakeholder management skills
* Strong presentation skills
* Not afraid to ask questions and able to challenge people at all levels professionally

Location and Travel
