TeacherActive is recruiting reliable and experienced Nursery Assistants to join two fantastic nurseries in Brixton, South London. We have a strong partnership with these nurseries and can offer guaranteed regular part-time work (2–3 days per week) with flexible scheduling.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll support daily routines, help create a safe and stimulating learning environment, and work closely with children aged 0–5 years. You’ll play a vital role in the team, supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
Requirements:
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
Possess a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential)
At least 6 months’ experience in a childcare role or nannying
Available to work full-day shifts: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check
Able to provide 2 professional references
Caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting young children
