Typical day as a Lead Support Worker (known by us as Coordinator) Supporting all, and holding a caseload of customers with a variety of support needs but primarily homeless prevention. You can expect to see secondary needs of substance misuse, mental health and physical health. Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our small team of Support Workers working to the plans Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able.
