Residential Support Worker - Cannock Pay: £13.20 per hour sleep-ins Shifts: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM Sleep-in: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM About the Role We're looking for a Residential Support Worker to support young people in a children's home in Cannock. You'll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while supporting their day-to-day needs and development. Key Duties Support young people with emotional, physical, and daily living needs Build positive relationships and act as a role model Promote positive behaviour and provide 1:1 support Follow care plans and support education and activities Keep accurate records and contribute to reviews Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment What We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people Understanding of safeguarding Ability to work shifts including sleep-ins Driving licence (desirable) What's on Offer £13.20 per hour sleep-in payments Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment
