1. Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home - flexibility required)
2. Salary: £30,000 per annum
3. Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

We're working with a highly respected, national financial services firm to find a Financial Planning Administrator who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
4. Providing day-to-day support to a team of experienced Financial Planners
5. Preparing review packs, valuations, and documentation ahead of client meetings
6. Processing new business and ensuring compliant servicing of client accounts
7. Maintaining accurate client records using systems such as Intelligent Office, iO, or similar
8. Communicating confidently with clients, product providers, and internal teams
9. Supporting diary and inbox management, ensuring workflow is completed to SLA
10. Promoting awareness of AML and data protection procedures within the department
What We're Looking For
11. Proven experience in financial planning / IFA / wealth management administration
12. Confident using provider platforms and producing up-to-date valuations
13. Experience using Intelligent Office (iO), Xplan, Curo, or similar back-office systems
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
16. Organised, proactive, and client-focused mindset
