I’m working exclusively with a high-growth, boutique executive search firm operating at the top end of the Financial & Accountancy market. This is a retained-only model (80%+ retained), partnering with PE-backed, VC-backed and high-growth businesses across the UK.
This is a genuine opportunity to move away from transactional recruitment into a true headhunting and advisory environment.
Opportunity
You’ll be trusted to deliver senior finance mandates including:
* Financial Controller, Finance Director, CFO & Head of Finance
* Scale-ups, transformations and PE-backed growth
* Strategic hires rather than volume recruitment
Focus
Your focus will be on:
* Proactive headhunting of passive candidates
* Network-led recruitment
* 12 months–3+ years’ experience in Financial or Accountancy recruitment
* Strong interest in business development and relationship-led recruitment
* Commercial, articulate and detail-driven
* Confident with senior-level conversations
* Hungry to move into an executive search environment
* Quarterly bonus
* Long-term route into equity and leadership
* Monday in the office, flexible hybrid beyond that
* Regular senior-level events & client socials
* Family-first leadership style with high standards
