We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Support Advisor Apprentice. You’ll become a key point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries and learning how to deliver a high-quality service in a busy call centre environment. This role is designed to help you build confidence, develop communication skills, and gain valuable workplace experience while completing a Customer Service Apprenticeship. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, with NO weekends or evenings! You will benefit from a flexible rolling shift pattern 8AM to 4:30PM, 8:30AM to 5PM or 9AM to 5:30PM.
