NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Financial Planning firm who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their Tadcaster office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing business, replacing a long-standing team member who is retiring. You will play a key role in supporting a Financial Adviser, whilst also working closely with a wider client support team across multiple offices. With plans to expand the team further, this is an exciting time to join the business.
The Role
This is a varied position combining both IFA administration and office management responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy and professional environment.
Key duties will include:
Handling client queries
Supporting client onboarding and documentation processes
Coordinating client meetings and maintaining strong relationships
Preparing meeting packs and client documentation
Processing new and existing business across pensions, investments and protection
Liaising with product providers and platforms
Overseeing day-to-day running of the office
Managing office supplies and ensuring a professional working environment
About You
Minimum 3+ years experience within an IFA / Financial Planning environment
Strong knowledge of platforms, providers and back-office systems
Experience using Intelligent Office would be highly advantageous
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach
Able to work independently whilst contributing to a wider team
