BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager (24 months fixed term contract) based in the South of England, with a Hire & Sales background, ideally within Sustainable Power and Battery Storage solutions.
This is a full-time role. You may be required to work remotely or from any of our depots. BAM operates a flexible working policy, actively encouraging periods of remote home working and flexibility in start and finish hours to fit into an individual's busy lifestyle.

Making Possible
· Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in Scotland, acting as the main point of contact.
· Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to existing clients.
· Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and resolve issues promptly.
· Capture and report client requirements, feedback, and any changes to support continuous improvement.
· In conjunction with the Managing Director, actively contribute to BAM Site Solutions business strategy, business plans, ensuring compliance and consistent delivery and rolling out of objectives and targets, including reporting requirements.
· Set individual and team objectives for the four depots and Product Managers as assigned, ensuring performance against those objectives.
· Understand and interpret the strategic direction of the Business Unit and align operational delivery to strategic intent within the depot teams.
· Embed a culture of compliance to all UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
· Implement and deliver new opportunities within Site Solutions.
· Embed new engagements and partnership approaches across industry, professional bodies, and trade associations as part of the business unit's future outlook.
· Actively promote and embed product innovation, expertise, and practice into the depots in conjunction with the Product Managers.
· Contribute to the tender process for all bids and tenders in region.
· Accountable for achieving regional revenue and satisfaction targets.
· Responsible for accurate and up-to-date client account data.
· Ensure client feedback is addressed and acted upon in a timely manner.
· Provide regular updates to senior management on client engagement metrics and trends.
Your team
You will be responsible for managing relationships with clients within the Southern region. This role ensures client satisfaction, optimises account revenue, and contributes to the overall growth strategy.
