* Manage and mentor a dedicated team across key areas: sustainability, community engagement, human rights, DEI, and ethical client collaboration.
* Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor on all ESG and responsible business matters.
* Represent the firm externally at events, forums, and awards to enhance visibility and influence in the ESG space.
* Oversee the publication of the firm’s Responsible Business Report and related communications.
* Support key tenders and client pitches with compelling ESG content and credentials.
* Drive innovation in reporting, benchmarking, and measurement frameworks (e.g. Ecovadis, UNGC, Science-Based Targets).

About You

* Significant experience leading ESG, sustainability or responsible business strategies in a professional services or corporate environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence at senior and board levels.
* In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks such as the UN SDGs, Science-Based Targets, and materiality assessments.
* Passionate about delivering positive social and environmental impact through commercial platforms.

Reward

* Enhanced maternity/paternity policies & flexible benefits
* Inclusive, values-led culture that promotes innovation and excellence
