ERP Solutions Architect | Dynamics 365 F&O, Azure | Ballymena (On-site) Location: Ballymena (Onsite 5 days a week) Type: Permanent About the Opportunity: This role sits within a large-scale ERP transformation programme focused on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across a complex, multi-entity environment. You will lead the architecture and design of the ERP solution, ensuring alignment with core business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations, while supporting the transition from legacy systems to a modern platform. What Youll Be Doing: Define and own the end-to-end architecture for a Dynamics 365 F&O implementation Design scalable ERP solutions aligned to manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes Define system integrations, data flows, and dependencies across the enterprise landscape Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver architecture aligned to best practice Lead solution design workshops and technical reviews Support migration from legacy ERP systems including data strategy and process redesign Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and optimise business processes Ensure ERP supports core capabilities including production planning, BOM, inventory, and procurement Drive integration with engineering, production, and enterprise systems Produce and maintain architecture documentation and technical specifications Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and industry standards What Youll Bring: Proven experience as an ERP Solutions Architect or Senior ERP Consultant Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX implementations Strong understanding of ERP architecture and enterprise system design Experience across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations processes Experience designing integrations across complex enterprise environments Strong knowledge of data migration strategies and system transformation Experience working with Azure integration services and Microsoft technologies Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Nice to Have: Experience working with legacy ERP systems such as Sage Experience delivering ERP solutions in manufacturing or engineering environments Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure DevOps Microsoft Dynamics or architecture certifications Why Join: Opportunity to lead a high-impact ERP transformation programme Ownership of architecture across a complex enterprise environment Exposure to large-scale system migration and modernisation Collaborative environment with cross-functional stakeholders Long-term programme with strong strategic importance If you're interested or have any further questions on the role, please feel free to reach out to Eve Geddis directly on LinkedIn.
