We’re looking for a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, pride in their craftsmanship, and experience in preparing surfaces and applying finishes to a high standard. You’ll work on a range of projects, from residential homes to commercial properties, ensuring every job is completed efficiently and to client expectations. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming. Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Mix and match paint colours to client specifications. Work safely and maintain clean, organized work areas. Ensure all projects are completed on time and to quality standards. Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a painter and decorator (minimum [insert years] years preferred). Sound knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques. Attention to detail and colour coordination skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
