About The Role

As a Midweight Creative Artworker at On the Beach, you'll play an important part in keeping our brand showing up, clearly, consistently and at pace across our marketing channels. A lot of the day to day will be focussed on building, adapting and rolling out campaign assets whilst working closely with others across the marketing team.

This role will suit someone self-motivated and proactive, able to run projects and complete tasks independently. It is a role for a creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas while working within brand guardrails, with a customer first mindset. You will be used to thinking about how messaging sits and position to optimise impact of assets. Its a role for someone who is calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-moving trading environment.

What You'll Be Doing Day To Day

Creating high-quality, on-brand creative assets for use across On the Beach website. Marketing channels, partnership comms and brand campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and impact across all consumer touchpoints.

Supporting the creative development of campaign look and feel within On the Beach brand

guidelines, translating concepts into scalable, channel-ready assets, working closely with the creative

lead.

Delivering full suites of campaign artwork across web, CRM, social, paid media, and commercial

partnerships, aligned with the marketing trade plan ensuring timely delivery based on prioritisation

of workload.

Working closely with the Online Design team to maintain consistency of look and feel across the full

customer journey.

Taking written and verbal briefs from various marketing stakeholders, working from initial creative

direction through to final production, ensuring accuracy, speed and attention to detail.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently under time constraints to meet trading

and campaign deadlines.

Contributing creative thinking to new campaigns, seasonal moments and always-on activity.

Ensuring all assets are optimised appropriately for their intended platforms and formats.

Maintaining and evolve shared design systems, templates and asset libraries to improve speed and

consistency

Ensuring accurate logging and storage of design assets for review and future use

Skills Knowledge & Experience

You'll be a great addition to our team if you have the following skills, knowledge and experience

Experience in a graphic design role, ideally within an in-house marketing team busy agency studio

working across multiple brands

Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign development and execution across multiple digital

channels.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Ideally proficient / working knowledge of Figma.

Strong understanding of digital design best practice, including web, CRM and paid social formats.

Experience creating campaign look and feel within established brand guidelines.

Ability to work at pace and deliver high volumes of assets without compromising quality.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Desirable

Experience working within travel, ecommerce or a high-volume promotional environment.

Basic motion or animation skills (e.g. After Effects).

Video editing / post production skills

Experience working with design systems and scalable templates.

What To Expect From Our Interview Process

We'll run a multiple stage interview process, one stage of which will be an in-person interview at our fabulous Aeroworks office in Manchester city centre.

Ways of working

Our full time hours are 37.5 per week, but we don't have rigid working hours so you can find the working pattern that's right for you. We have core working hours between 10am - 4pm, so we can collaborate and enjoy the social side of work.

We also have hybrid working so we all work from home and from our Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre. As a team we are in the office 2 days per week (usually Tuesday & Wednesday).
