Working Hours: Continental Shifts, 4 on 4 off. 2x12 hour days (6am - 6pm) and 2x12 hour nights (6pm - 6am)

Our client are a world leader in the design, manufacturing, and retreading of aircraft tires are looking for a continental shift engineer to join their team in Birmingham. As a continental shift engineer you will diagnose faults, repair equipment, improve systems, support maintenance, ensure reliability.
Key Responsibilities - Continental Shift Engineer
1. Provide a high standard of multi-skilled engineering support whilst working safely, either independently or as part of a team.
2. Aid in the reduction of production losses, energy, and waste.
3. Diagnose faults or points of failure, repair equipment to ensure safe operation, correct function, reliability, and equipment availability.
4. Engineer out equipment failures through continuous improvement.
5. Plan, coordinate, and execute installation and plant improvement projects.
6. Provide support and input to plan and coordinate planned maintenance schedules, act on follow-up repairs, source spares, and complete and file documentation to audit standard.
