ROLE OVERVIEW

Package: £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of platforms, ensuring scalability, innovation, and global operational support
* Shape the technical vision and strategy of a fast-growing, high-profile division
* Collaborate across creative, production, and commercial teams to deliver excellent audience experiences
* Be part of a team delivering for iconic brands and properties across 27 countries
* Evaluate and embed cutting-edge technologies such as LIDAR, spatial mapping, and live event technology, into core service offerings to elevate client experiences
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams to translate business needs into technical strategies
Main Skills/ Requirements:
* Proven leadership in product, engineering, or technology functions
* Track record in building and scaling digital platforms and live experience tools
* Expertise in emerging technologies including AI/ML, LIDAR, spatial mapping, creative automation, and data-driven systems
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and collaborate effectively
* Experience managing external tech partners and development teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
