- What the Role Involves Delivering targeted small-group and 1-1 intervention sessions to support pupil attainment Supporting classroom teaching and learning across KS3, KS4, and Sixth Form where required Tracking pupil progress and adapting support strategies to meet individual needs Supporting pupils with SEN or additional learning needs within mainstream lessons Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to ensure pupil engagement and achievement Intervention Tutor
- What the School is Looking For The ideal Intervention Tutor will hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK University and have previous child-centred or education-based experience.
The school seeks a proactive, compassionate, and motivated Intervention Tutor with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to pupil development.
