Administer the main contract, ensuring timely issuance of contractual notices and correspondence. Create and issue subcontract documentation and assist in the management and performance of subcontractors. Oversee the preparation and agreement of payment applications and develop project cost and value reports, budgets, and forecasts. Support the management and development of junior commercial staff. Continuously develop professionally by engaging in external networking and industry events to stay informed about current trends and innovations. Work positively and proactively to find solutions, offering open and honest feedback. Collaboratively work with clients to ensure business requirements are met. Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements: Essential: Degree or equivalent. Working towards or have chartered membership of a recognised institution. Experience in utilities/civil engineering/MEICA sectors. NEC3/4 Experience. Desirable: Experience of managing and developing an individual or small team. Knowledge of CEMAR.
