Creative Workflow & Project/Campaign Management – Oversee end‑to‑end production from concept through delivery, managing timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to keep projects moving smoothly. Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with key stakeholders to align creative execution with commercial objectives and KPIs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and buy‑in for campaigns. Resource & Capacity Management – Monitor and manage team capacity, ensuring the right talent and resources are deployed efficiently to meet demand. Technology & Systems Management – Champion automation and AI‑driven tools to enhance efficiency. Ensure teams have the right access and support for tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Workfront, and other core systems. Process Optimisation – Develop and refine streamlined workflows, improve briefing processes, and drive continuous improvement using data‑driven insights. Reporting & Decision‑Making – Leverage performance metrics, operational data, and reporting to assess team effectiveness and inform strategic decisions that improve productivity. Proven experience in creative operations, project management, or production. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and production software. Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
