RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL

This dynamic law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team in their Eastbourne office. The ideal candidate will need the following skills:
1. Experience working within a Conveyancing team dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process.
2. Law Graduate useful but not essential.
3. Ambitious and motivated to achieve personal and professional goals.
4. Able to work as part of a team and independently.
5. Experience in dealing with freehold and leasehold properties, including sales, purchases, and remortgages from opening files to post completion.
6. Willingness to learn and progress.
