Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Secondary School)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a partnered secondary school based in B13, Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a TA within a UK secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Assisting students with their learning and development needs.
* Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils as required.
* Helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Supporting administrative tasks related to classroom activities.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school.
* Strong understanding of secondary school curriculum and student needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a school team.
* DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo).
* Commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal development.
