What youll do
Lead performance across rented, leasehold and supported housing in the Central region
Work closely with Jaine and Karen to lead teams of Service Managers and Senior Housing Managers to deliver great outcomes for customers
Manage your own portfolio and specialist strands with real scope to grow
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all service strands
Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support our strategy

You have
Experience managing housing services in rented, leasehold and/or supported settings. Youll ideally have
or be working towards CiH Level 4 too.
Supreme leadership skills and a track record of developing brilliant teams and ensuring a high-performance culture
Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements
A laser sharp commercial lens, ability to manage budgets and interpret complex financial data
Great communication, influencing and conflict resolution skills

The Practical bits
Youll manage your own diary and were open to agree a working pattern with you.
We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our local services or out in our communities, with the rest from home. As youre covering a large geographical patch there will be a fair bit of travel to our services and teams.
