Role
Join Hampshire's School Crossing Patrol Service and become a valued part of your local community by helping to keep children and families safe on their journeys to and from school. This is a rewarding and highly visible role where you\'ll play a key part in promoting road safety and making a positive difference every day.
Responsibilities
* Take on a vital role in your community by helping children and families cross the road safely during busy school run times.
* Be a calm and reassuring presence at designated crossing points; ensure pedestrians are protected and traffic is managed with care and confidence.
* Work 10 hours per week during school term time, typically one hour in the morning and one in the afternoon.
* Wear and use supplied uniform and equipment to stay protected in all weather conditions.
