Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:
* Proven experience in Agile Coaching or Scrum Mastery, with relevant certifications.
* Deep understanding of Agile delivery metrics and tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence.
* Strong data-driven problem-solving skills.
* Experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Desirable certifications: PSM I, PSM II, PK1, or similar.
Responsibilities:
* Support labs and teams in implementing and refining agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled frameworks.
* Provide agile coaching, establish new teams, and guide them on tools and frameworks.
* Utilize data and insights to solve problems, drive performance, and enhance productivity.
* Influence and coach Lab leadership in agile ways of working.
* Champion agile delivery metrics and facilitate evidence-based decision-making.

As a Business Agility Lead (BAL), I will play a pivotal role in driving effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability across teams to deliver real value to customers and colleagues at pace. I will partner closely with Lab Leaders to ensure optimized flow of work, high data quality, and the embedding of agile practices. Using a data-led approach, I will help transition teams towards greater maturity and speed to market, while coaching them to be self-sufficient in their agile journey.
