1. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quarterly net retention goals.
2. Maintain an acceptably high level of sales activity.
3. This role is managing a large book of business with a targeted approach to retain and grow our customer base by driving value for the customers.
4. Manage escalations, identify risk and prevent churn by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
5. Handle billing related questions and work towards client renewals.
6. Conduct effective sales presentations via Teams with current customers.
7. Adhere to pipeline metrics and activity cadences.
8. Be highly responsive to customer requests via email and tasks.
9. Maintain a high level of opportunity follow-up to ensure information is current and updated in NetSuite.
10. Be an advocate for the customer both internally and externally.
11. Ensure customer satisfaction to the best of the ACM’s ability in their role and get ahead of issues early.
12. Continually updating NetSuite CRM with notes and activities.
13. Attend weekly sales & marketing meetings and educational activities to improve competitive and business process knowledge as well as professional selling skills.
14. Proactively learn about the EDI Industry and how TrueCommerce can add value to a company’s success.
15. Enjoy speaking via phone and social-based communication with customers to strengthen existing relationships.

16. Up to 2 years previous Retention and Sales experience is needed.
17. A genuine desire to build relationships with existing customers; previous customer service experience required.
18. Experience learning a range of software platforms and how to drive customer value within a suite of products.
19. Skills such as being conversational, listening to customers, and email writing are important in this position.
20. Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative.
21. Strong closing and customer service-related skills necessary.
22. This individual enjoys solution selling and thrives on change.
23. Strong phone skills, exceptional listening skills and above-average problem-solving skills.
24. Previous CRM experience, preferably in NetSuite.
25. Goal oriented and action-minded to meet and exceed quotas.

Education:
27. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
