The general duties expected from an Acacia Angel are: Personal hygiene Moving and handling Meal preparation Light domestic duties Shopping support Accompanying customers on outings Your role will require you to have access to a smartphone as you will be updating and communicating regularly using our app on customer care plans. Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you respond to any communication received by the office team. You will be expected to attend essential induction training regardless of your experience and ongoing refresher training as and when necessary.
