Customer Service Advisor – Work from Home £25420 per annum Are you passionate about helping people? At Premium Credit we are looking to hire Customer Service Advisors who are able to provide outstanding customer experiences to our partners and customers through inbound calls and emails. You'll receive all the training you need on our systems, processes and industry as well as training to enhance the skills that you will already have in communicating professionally, listening and understanding customer needs. You'll be supported in your journey to success by your buddy and your team manager, as well as the teams around you. Our contact centre is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.15pm, so you will have a rota of shifts between these times, working an average of 37.5 hours a week, leaving you free to enjoy your evenings and weekends. Day to day you will be answering calls via our contact centre call system, using our systems to locate customer and partner details to be able to respond to their queries. You could be performing routine tasks such as updating bank or address details or processing payments, or you may deal with more complex calls from vulnerable customers who require additional support. You'll record all calls within our system and if any further action is required ensure that this is noted correctly using the set processes. On a rotational basis you will spend time responding to emails You will be developed within your role and take on training to respond to more complex client and commercial partner queries. To be successful in the role you will work to targets such as calls per hour and call quality, ensuring that you consistently provide the highest levels of customer care. What do we Offer?
