As a Learning Support Assistant, you will collaborate with teachers and specialist staff to provide tailored support for students with special educational needs or those who require extra guidance to stay focused and engaged in lessons. Many of the students you will support face barriers both inside and outside the classroom and may be at greater risk of negative outcomes. Your role will be vital in providing stability, encouragement, and practical strategies to help them feel safe, valued, and capable of achieving success.
